Set up a fun garden sensory bin for your preschooler at the beginning of the week and then let them explore and learn. Bonus with this one is at the end you can use the soil and start off some seeds with them too!
A fun easy activity for your preschooler to water the alphabet. You could do this outside or if the weather is bad why not do it in the bath with foam letters.
